In-App Support
The SCR2 App is more than just a standard mobile version. It was built from the ground up with Malaysian users' habits and needs in mind — from download speed and lightweight file size to full support for local payment methods.
Most Malaysian users access the internet primarily through smartphones. With this in mind, the scr2 technical team has optimised every aspect of the app to run smoothly even on slower mobile data connections. Graphics are optimised to minimise data usage, while key features are accessible with the fewest taps possible.
From classic slots to Live Casino with real dealers, from thrilling fish shooting games to real-time sports betting — it's all in one seamlessly integrated app. No more switching between multiple apps or opening a browser every time you want to play.
Security is at the core of the SCR2 App's design. Every login session is verified through two-factor authentication, and all communication between your device and SCR2's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your login credentials are never stored in plain text at any level.
The SCR2 App is compatible with virtually all current Android and iOS devices. The download and installation process is quick and straightforward.
Download the APK file directly from the scr2 website. Easy installation — enable installs from unknown sources in your device settings, install, and start playing.
IPhone and iPad users can access scr2 through the fully optimised Safari browser, or install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for a native app-like experience.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed directly within the app to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorised access.
Every login is verified via SMS OTP or an authenticator app. Even if someone knows your password, they cannot log in without the second verification step.
Log in with your fingerprint or face recognition using your device's built-in security technology — safer than a password.
