1 Member Eligibility & Registration

To use scr2's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements before registering as a member:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. scr2 strictly prohibits individuals who are underage from accessing or using any services on this platform.
• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• You are not listed as a person prohibited from using online gambling services in the country or region where you reside.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one scr2 account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. SCR2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

2 Account Usage & User Responsibilities

As a scr2 account holder, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. The following are key responsibilities you must adhere to:

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other party. SCR2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• You agree not to use your SCR2 account for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of wins.
• You agree to notify SCR2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All communications with the scr2 support team must be conducted respectfully and courteously. The use of inappropriate language or threats toward our staff will not be tolerated.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Scr2 provides a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for players in Malaysia. The following terms apply to financial transactions on our platform:

• The minimum deposit at SCR2 is RM 30 and the minimum withdrawal is RM 30. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfer (FPX), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other e-wallet methods listed on the platform.
• The majority of withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 business hours, subject to completed KYC verification and prevailing banking system conditions.
• Scr2 reserves the right to delay processing withdrawals that require further investigation for security or regulatory compliance reasons.
• All bank accounts used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the KYC information verified in your scr2 account.
• No processing fees are charged for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Scr2 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following wagering requirements (rollover requirements):

• Each claimed bonus has its own wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Please read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.
• The SCR2 welcome bonus is for new members only and may be claimed once per account, IP address, device, phone number, and payment method.
• Scr2 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being claimed fraudulently or in violation of the stated promotion terms.
• Winnings earned from betting using bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• All promotions have a stated validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the validity period ends.
• Scr2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

5 Game Rules & Fairness

Scr2 is committed to ensuring all games available on our platform are fair and transparent. The following rules apply to gameplay:

• All games on the scr2 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by recognised independent international bodies.
• Scr2 is not liable for any technical failures or disruptions occurring on the part of third-party game providers. In such cases, scr2 will make every effort to resolve any disputes that arise.
• In the event of an unclear or disputed game outcome due to a technical issue, scr2 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in games for personal gain is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and wins.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game interface itself.

6 Identity Verification (KYC) & Security

Part of scr2's responsibility is to ensure our platform is not misused for illegal activities. As such, KYC verification is mandatory for all members:

• Scr2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any time, including copies of an ID card, utility bill, or other relevant supporting documents.
• Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.
• All documents submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with scr2's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Your personal and financial information is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption technology. SCR2 does not store credit or debit card details directly.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Scr2 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.
• Use of automation software or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account closure requests by the member themselves, including self-pause or self-exclusion requests.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the SCR2 support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance after fulfilling the relevant conditions will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

8 SCR2 Liability Limits

Scr2 strives to deliver the best service to all members. However, the following liability limits apply and should be understood by all users:

• Scr2 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or force majeure events.
• Scr2 makes no guarantees regarding profits or success in any game. All games carry financial risk and outcomes depend on chance.
• Scr2 is not liable for any financial decisions made by users based on information found on this platform.
• SCR2's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

9 Terms & Conditions Amendments

Scr2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Here is how we handle such amendments:

• Any material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Terms and Conditions document and all matters related to the use of the SCR2 platform are subject to applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of SCR2 will be resolved through the following process:

• Users are encouraged to contact the SCR2 customer support team first to seek resolution through negotiation.
• If a negotiated resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.
• Scr2 operates under a licence issued by a recognised licensing authority. Further details regarding the operating licence can be requested through our support team.
